REFUND POLICY

Echo Bloom sells digital products (downloadable files and web apps). Because digital products can be downloaded or accessed right away, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once your order is complete.

We will always make it right if something is wrong with your files. Please contact us at sunnylark888@gfyworld.com within 14 days of purchase if:
- your download link doesn't work or has expired,
- a file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, or
- you were charged twice for the same order.

We will send you a working file or a new download link. If we can't fix the problem, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Before buying, please read the product description to check the format, page size and compatible apps.
