TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to every purchase from the Echo Bloom store at gfyworld.com. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Digital products
All products are digital. Nothing physical will be shipped. After payment you will receive a download link or access details. Download links expire after a set time (currently 48 hours), so please save your files to your device. If your link expires, contact us and we will send a new one.

2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by PayPal (including Pay Later and debit or credit card through PayPal). We never see or store your full card details. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

3. License and personal use
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own non-commercial purposes. You may print the pages you need as many times as you like for your own use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, sublicense or upload the files (or edited versions of them) anywhere others can download them, or claim the designs as your own. All designs and content remain the property of Echo Bloom.

5. Product content
Our planners and tools are for personal organization and inspiration. They are not financial, legal or professional advice.

6. Limitation of liability
We do our best to make sure our products are accurate and work as described. To the extent allowed by law, Echo Bloom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
