Is this a physical product?
No. It's an instant digital download (a ZIP file with three PDFs). You can print the printable edition at home or at a local print shop.
How will I receive my files?
Right after checkout you'll get a download link. Download the ZIP file, then unzip it to see all three editions.
Which apps can I use for the digital editions?
We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) on computers, tablets and phones. On iPad you can also use GoodNotes or Notability. Previews inside chat or email apps won't let you type or tap — choose "Open with…" and pick your PDF app.
Can I type directly into the planner?
Yes — in the desktop/tablet and phone editions, which have fillable fields and tick boxes. Remember to save the file in your PDF app after typing. The printable edition is for handwriting.
Is this medical advice?
No. The journal is a place to record and organize your pregnancy. Baby-size comparisons are approximate, and trackers such as the kick counter and contraction log are simple logs. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.
When should I start?
Anytime! The planner is undated, and the Week by Week chapter lets you jump in at whatever week you're in.
Can I add my own photos?
Absolutely. Paste printed bump and ultrasound photos into the polaroid frames, or drag photos into the frames in GoodNotes or Notability.
Is it for first-time parents only?
Not at all. It works for first babies and beyond, and it uses "you" and "Partner" throughout, so it fits every family.
Can I give it as a gift?
Yes! Each edition includes a printable gift card — print it, cut it out and tuck it into a baby shower card along with the download.
What size is the printable edition? Can I print on A4?
It's designed for US Letter (8.5 × 11 in). For A4, choose "Fit to page" in your print settings.
How long does the launch price last?
The $29 launch price is available for the first 30 days after launch. After that, the journal returns to its regular price of $39.
Can I get a refund?
Because this is a digital download, all sales are final. If you have any trouble with your files, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
